Rules-My illustrations will always be signed.-Please, don't steal my art, sell, copy, trace, edit or claim my art like yours-Payments only through Paypal.-Please don't push me to work on your commission, I will update you on the progress when I see it necessary. If you have a deadline for your commission, please let me know beforehand or I will not be able to finish this in time or let you know in advance if I can or cannot do this.-I’m a digital artist, this means you will only receive a full digital resolution file of your commission, no physical item will be sent to your address.-I will start drawing once the payment has been received.-You may re-upload the commission as long as you give me proper credit, this includes linking to any of my social media.-When commissioning, please be as clear as possible and provide me with references, etc… The more detailed, the better I will be able to work for you. This will also save time and work for your order so feel free to send any basic information such as sketches, clothing, references, etc… All help is welcome in order to deliver the best result.-I do not do any refunds at all so please make sure that if you commission it’s because you’re able to do so.-Once payment has been received, I will start sketching your commission. You will receive a confirmation sketch as soon as possible and any changes requested must be done before I start the lineart/shading, you are eligible to 3 major edits during this phase. If you wish to do any changes after the sketch, you will have to pay an extra cost so please make sure everything is correct before confirming.-The prices listed are per character, there are no discounts for extra characters in the drawing so please do not ask for this.-Both personal and commercial artwork by me (Xiusakii) is not authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.__NOTES __-I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the order, character, etc… is considered out of my possibilities or my comfort zone.**It is granted that if you have paid for a commission you have accepted all of my terms, I am not responsible if you have not read these.

-I am not responsible for any false information given to me, your lie isn’t my responsibility.-I do not remove commissions I have already uploaded for any personal reasons, third party fights, etc… Please do not involve me in your personal problems, I am not interested. The drawings are posted as a form of portfolio for myself.-I will only do partial payments for commissions above 100€ euros as long as you pay upfront the 50% of this. You will receive your commission once the full payment has been delivered.-If you do not wish for me to upload WIPs on my social media, stream, etc… your commission you will have to let me know beforehand. **- DO: **Human (any gender/body type), Flat-faced anthro, Kemonomimi, Tails, Small robotic/electronic parts
- EXTRA CHARGE AND/OR TIME ALLOWANCE: Furry, Mecha / Armor, sexual NSFW, violent NSFW / gore
- DON’T: AI generated images, NFT or related crypto projects, abusive or discriminatory works, copyrighted characters
- I will notify you to the best of my ability if your design or usage is out of my scope, it is your responsibility to disclose if your order falls under anything in my “don’t” category

- I accept Paypal
- At least 50% of the total must be paid before I start
- Full payment must be completed before I deliver any files
═══════════════════Revisions:
- Minor revisions are free
- Major revisions may incur an extra charge
- Starting a month after completion of the model, you may be charged for minor revisions
═══════════════════Deadline
- Any deadline will incur a rush fee of 20%-50% of model total depending on how soon the deadline is
- I will not take orders with deadlines that are less than a month from first contact
- The deadline applies to model files ONLY
═══════════════════Delivery
- I will send you all the necessary files to run the model in Live2D (VTubeStudio)
- I will help you set up your model
- I will create and send you a simple showcase video to use wherever you want
- Rigging file (.cmo3) will not be part of the delivery without extra payment (I will share the files with another rigger for something like a vbridger update at your request for free)
═══════════════════My Use
- The rigging process may be posted on twitter, tumblr, youtube, or twitch unless you request otherwise
- If requested, I will keep the model secret for up to 3 months
- I reserve the right to post videos and images of the completed model (after 3 months) as an advertisement for and example of my work
═══════════════════Your Use
- You are NOT permitted to use the model for profiting from or advertising for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and related future inventions
- You have full commercial rights to your model including but not limited to: making monetized content and selling physical merchandise (check that your artist allows the same usage)
═══════════════════Refunds:
- Full refunds are available if I have not started
- 50% refunds (of total) if I am less than half done
- No refunds after the model is completed or if I am over halfway done
- I will refund only the amount I received after Paypal fees (you may lose $20 or more)
═══════════════════Communication:
- Twitter will be our main mode of communication (I also check Discord dms if you need a faster response)
- I check my messages at least once a day, if I haven't responded for a few days feel free to double message
- After details have been discussed and final pricing has been discussed, I will not contact you again until I am ready to start your rig
- While I am working on your rig I will do my best to send you as many or as little updates as you want, feel free to suggest small rigging edits as we go but do note that major revisions and large add-ons not previously discussed may incur additional charges
